I found my way to San Jose –
On a lazy, breezy, summer’s day.
Welcomed by Friendly Japanese Gardens –
Alive in their splendor...

Like a lotus flower’s transcendent beauty,
midst the muddy water of the muted city.

Later, I relax into the inviting ambiance
of a richly textured Spanish Mansion –
Adorned in the golden shadows
of a lingering afternoon...

My senses pacified
by the soft reflection of Flamenco music.
